Step 1

Take a bowl and add shredded zucchini, shredded paneer, besan, chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, red chilli flakes, chilli powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, chaat masala, salt, and lemon juice.

Step 2

Mix everything well until the mixture binds into a soft dough.

Step 3

Shape the mixture into kebabs or onto skewers. Set aside.

Step 4

Brush a grill pan with ghee or olive oil.

Step 5

Place the skewers on the grill pan and cook on medium heat until golden brown and crispy on all sides.

Step 6

Serve hot with green chutney and, of course, a cup of chai, and enjoy!
